Funding Information

For the year 2024, Islamic Relief has allocated a fund of £2.5 million for its grant program. Grant amounts vary from £1,000 to £40,000 depending on the project for first-time applicants, with a duration of 12 months. Second-time successful applicants can bid for £50,000, with options for multi-year funding. This funding structure allows Islamic Relief to support a wide range of projects and initiatives that align with its key themes.

Eligibility Criteria

Islamic Relief’s Grant Programme is open to projects and initiatives that help UK residents alleviate poverty, build economic resilience, support refugees, and address challenges faced by women. While registered charities, community interest companies, and voluntary organizations are eligible to apply, overseas organizations, individuals, statutory bodies, and applications to purchase buildings are not eligible.
